Listings

The global indexed CRE listing inventory, with search, map, and a governed path from a listing into your pipeline.

Listings is inventory that is not yours yet. It is the indexed market, searchable before anything becomes a deal.

Questions this page answers

  • What is available in this market, at this size, at this price?
  • What does this specific property look like, and who is marketing it?
  • Is this worth pulling into our process?

Views

Listings present as cards for browsing, a table for comparing on figures, and a map for the questions that are really about geography. The map shows national aggregates when zoomed out and individual listings as you move in.

A quick view opens a listing without leaving the board. Full detail has its own page.

From listing to deal

Two paths lead out of a listing:

  • Add to pipeline creates a deal directly, carrying the listing's known figures with it as extracted values with the listing recorded as their source.
  • Add to prospecting pushes it into the Prospecting decision queue for screening against your mandates first.

Either way the listing is retained as evidence. A figure that came from a listing is attributed to that listing rather than becoming an unsourced number on a deal.

What Listings is not

Listings is a read layer over indexed inventory. It is not your data, it is not org-scoped, and nothing you do on a deal writes back to it.
