This Privacy Policy explains how Agentic Assets, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company(“Agentic Assets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit equire.ai (the “Site”), request a demo of EQUIRE, or join our waitlist.

This policy covers our marketing website only. If you become an EQUIRE customer, your use of the platform and the data you process in it will be governed by a separate customer agreement and data processing terms.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request a demo or join the waitlist, we collect the information you submit — typically your name and email address, and any other details you choose to include (such as your company or a message). If you arrive through a referral link, we associate your submission with the referring party’s referral code.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our providers may collect standard technical and usage information, including device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar data, using cookies and comparable technologies. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site.

2. How we use information

  • Respond to demo requests and contact you about EQUIRE.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Send product updates and marketing communications, from which you can opt out at any time.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues, including rate limiting.
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality and to understand how the Site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function properly without them.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers (subprocessors) that help us operate the Site and waitlist, including our hosting provider (Vercel), database provider (Supabase), email delivery provider (Resend), and rate-limiting provider (Upstash). These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations.
  • Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Agentic Assets, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Data retention

We retain demo-request and waitlist information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above and to meet our legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

  • Marketing opt-out. Use the unsubscribe link in our emails or contact us to stop receiving marketing messages.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
  • U.S. state privacy rights.Residents of certain states (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA) may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are commonly defined.
  • EEA/UK rights. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases for processing are your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing the Site, and taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract. You may withdraw consent and may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@agenticassets.ai. We may need to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries, with appropriate safeguards where required by law.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as Agentic Assets. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties; their policies govern your use of their sites.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice by email or on the Site.
