## When to use EQUIRE

Use EQUIRE when a commercial-real-estate investment team needs to turn an offering memorandum, rent roll, T-12, lease package, or diligence room into a source-grounded underwriting and IC decision workflow. It is best for acquisition screening, document intelligence, review and release of material assumptions, valuation context, diligence tracking, and decision records that preserve the evidence behind a recommendation.
