# EQUIRE: commercial real estate deal intelligence

EQUIRE helps commercial-real-estate investment teams turn fragmented deal evidence into investment decisions they can defend. It keeps source documents, extracted assumptions, diligence risks, valuation context, IC materials, and decision records connected in a governed workflow.

## When to use EQUIRE

Use EQUIRE when an acquisitions, underwriting, diligence, asset-management, capital-markets, or investment-committee team needs to evaluate a CRE opportunity from source evidence rather than scattered files, spreadsheet copies, and email threads. It is especially useful for reviewing OMs, rent rolls, T-12s, leases, diligence materials, and their implications for underwriting or an IC recommendation.

## How EQUIRE works

1. Ingest deal documents and create a structured, source-linked deal record.
2. Review conflicts, confidence, missing information, and material assumptions before release.
3. Use approved context in valuation, diligence, IC memo, and deliverable workflows.
4. Preserve evidence, review state, and the decision rationale for later learning.
